On the other hand, data is automatically collected by our IT system when you visit our website.

Which data is automatically stored by our IT system?

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. Access data includes:
– Name of the accessed website
– Date and time of retrieval
– Transferred data volume
– Notification of successful retrieval
– Browser type and version, as well as the user’s operating system
– Referrer URL (the URL referring to our website, e.g. Google search)
– IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the protocol data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data subsequently if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use on the basis of concrete indications.
We have activated the IP anonymisation option offered by Google on this website. As a result, Google’s IP address within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area will be reduced beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Handling of personal data

Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes your name, email address or telephone number. But also data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone count as personal data. Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by the provider if this is permitted by law or if the user consents to the data collection.

Protection of your personal data

We have taken technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorised access. Our security measures are continuously revised and optimised in line with technological developments.
However, we would like to point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) may be subject to security gaps. A complete protection of this data against access by third parties is not possible for us.
In order to offer you the greatest possible security, your data is encrypted on this website using SSL procedures.

Function of the SSL procedure

The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure protects data that a customer sends to a company’s server via the internet. SSL provides triple protection:
Your entries to be transmitted are encrypted.
It is ensured that the form is only sent back to the server from which it was opened.
The system checks whether the data reaches its respective recipient completely and unchanged.
SSL is always used when you see a small (usually green) padlock on your screen either in the bottom left corner of the status bar of your browser or next to the URL line in the upper part of the browser.

What is saved when I contact you?

When contacting us via our contact form, the user’s details (name, address, contact information……) are stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise. We do not pass on this data without the user’s consent.

Which personal data is stored after conclusion of the contract and for how long?

The information necessary for the conclusion of the contract such as name, address, origin, contact data and if necessary eating habits and preferences of the guest are automatically deleted after 2 years at the latest. This also applies to email traffic.

What is the newsletter data used for?

If you like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we will require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you agree with the owner of the e-mail address provided and with the receipt of the newsletter.
We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to ensure that newsletters are sent out in agreement. In the course of this, the potential recipient can be included in a distribution list. Subsequently, the user receives the opportunity to confirm the registration in a legally secure manner by means of a confirmation e-mail. The address is only actively included in the distribution list if it is confirmed.
We use these data exclusively for the dispatch of the requested information and offers.

We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the contents.
